Announcing the anticipated release of "A New Beginning"- the first CD from Blaine Lee.The CD features solo vocal music from the 16th through the early 20th centuries. Art songs, lieder, opera arias, and popular songs are represented. It also features the talents of local Alaskan musicians: Fireside String Quartet (Linda Olson -1st violin, Joy Davidson - 2nd violin, Wendy Taylor - viola, and Nanette Lundell - cello), Naomi Stamoolis - oboe and English horn, Joel Stamoolis - classical guitar, and Freya Wardlaw-Bailey - piano.
The beautiful artwork was contributed by David Sommers (Blaine's brother-in-law) and Brenda L. B. Kenney (Blaine's cousin). Crystal Clear Creative of Wasilla provided the graphic design.
